Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals and objectives.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational plans.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar senior financial role.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
