Our client is one of the leading insurance company in the country and the are looking for team leaders for various towns in Kenya.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

•Recruitment – build a team of sales agents

•Customer relationship and management

•Plan and implement Sales Strategies’ to meet the targeted sales

•To actively obtain and negotiate opportunities for the company products

•Preparation of reports as required by the business

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Well groomed, presentable, and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• People skills, can influence others for results

• Fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as a good listener.

• Must be ambitious and focused with a desire to succeed in a sales career.

• Experience in Insurance an added advantage but not a prerequisite.

Package

• Performance based monthly retainer

• Attractive override commissions

• Other performance-based incentives such as bonuses, medical cover, international trips

MONTHLY GROSS SALARY: Monthly override commissions
